Detailed Design For High Potency Containment Products
BioPharma Engineering were recently engaged by our client for the detailed design of a new High Potency OEB5 Facility. The facility will produce High Potency Cytotoxic products within a new dedicated production suite.
Partnership in Design and Site Strategic Goals
BPE are delighted with the on-going engagement of our client in Cork as they optimise their site for “Facility of the Future” design and increase in overall capacity goals. Having recently completed a site upgrade from 20-40 million Units the site receives continued investment with increased filling capacity on-site. BPE are delighted to partner in the new detailed design for the additional fill capacity.
BPE Partners with Global Animal Health Company
We are delighted to announce the addition of a global animal health company based in Ireland to our client portfolio. We have kicked off our partnership by engaging in a FES and Detailed Design Capacity Expansion Project along with an End Of Life/Utility and Asset Replacement projects.
BPE Completes EPCM contract for a site capacity increase and expansion
BPE partnered with our client from concept through to Engineering Design & Tender delivery on a new €40M capex investment for a Bulk Filling expansion at its Dublin facilities – the largest single Investment on the site in many years. The project was delivered with a hands on approach from the full BPE team with significant input from the BPE Leadership team supporting the overall project design delivery.
BPE Delivers Concept Study to secure capex investment of €35M
BPE were recently engaged by our client to deliver a concept study to secure a capex investment of €35M to support the full end to end production and packing of a new introduction of a sterile injectable syringe product.
BPE partners with Swiss based Pharmaceutical Giant
BPE are delighted to announce our recent partnership with a Swiss based pharmaceutical giant who specialises in products in the fields of reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and osteoarthritis. Having recently completed the concept study for the new API facility in Russia, BPE also supported our client with a feasibility study for new peptides and rFSH in their production facilities in Russia.
