BioPharma Engineering take your privacy very seriously. On our website we provide facilities for you to contact us, request a callback or apply for a career opportunity. In utilising these facilities you will be requested to submit some personal information and, in the case of career applications, to submit your curriculum vitae. This submitted personal information will be processed by BioPharma Engineering.
Purpose of the Information Processing:
Biopharma Engineering process personal data submitted by you on our website in order to keep you informed about Company Services and Promotions and, in the case of Career applications, to keep you informed of relevant future opportunities.

Personal data submitted through the Contacts page:
This data will only be processed by relevant BPE Management and Marketing personnel for the purposes listed above. Your personal data is not shared with any third parties.
Personal data submitted through the Careers page:
BPE will only make your Career Application personal data and information available to the Clients and Partners we are working with when you are put forward for a job opportunity with your expressed consent.
How long do we hold it for?
We will hold your data until you revoke consent for us to do so. We will otherwise hold your data for no longer than 3 years before seeking confirmation that you are happy for us to continue holding your data.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request from us access to your personal data at any time. This is also known as “subject access request”. You have a right to request the following information from us:
• That all information we hold about you is correct and up to date.
• That relevant information about you is deleted in certain situations.
• That we have stopped using your personal information for certain purposes.
In certain circumstances we may not always be able to comply with your request. In this case we will inform you. Once you make a request we will aim to respond to you as soon as possible and will be no later than 1 month. There will be no fee charged for dealing with any reasonable request.
Complaints.
