What does that mean ? It means that when our team was surveyed and interviewed 1:1 by a third party , our team all agreed that they love working at BPE !

The team were surveyed and asked questions across 7 key areas :

• Wellbeing

Benchmark results show that BPE scored well above average across all 7 of the areas and with an overall score of 85 which is considered to be in the top 5% of employers nationwide. Some additional results included :

92% believe they are well paid for the work they do

92% of employees believe they have the tools and resources to do their job well

93% believe their work is challenging by enjoyable
